1. Categories of consumer health data we collect, and why

We collect the following categories of consumer health data. Everything in this section is provided by you, and most of it is optional.

CategoryExamplesPurpose, and how it is used
Health interests and goals Goals such as fat loss, recovery or longevity; what you find difficult; your stated experience level with peptides; how you describe yourself To personalise the posts, topics and people shown in your feed. Collected during onboarding; you may skip any question.
Demographic data linked to health Date of birth, gender Date of birth is used to enforce our 18+ age requirement. Gender is optional and used only to personalise your feed.
Content you choose to publish Posts, comments and videos describing compounds you have used, doses, protocols, duration, outcomes and side effects To operate the community. Anything you post is public and visible to anyone, including people without an account.
Private dose and supply logs Compound, vial strength, dose taken, injection site, how you felt, dates, remaining supply To power the in-app Tracker and dose reminders. Private to you. Never shown to other members.

2. Where we collect it from

We do not buy consumer health data, and we do not obtain it from data brokers or advertising networks.

3. Categories we share

We share only what is necessary to run the service:

Your private Tracker logs are never shared with other members, and never with advertisers. They are visible only to you and, to the extent they are stored, to our hosting provider acting on our instructions.

4. Third parties and affiliates we share it with

PEP Social, LLC has no affiliates. We share consumer health data with the following categories of third parties, each acting as a service provider on our behalf and contractually restricted to that purpose:

5. We do not sell consumer health data

PEP Social does not sell consumer health data, and has never sold it. We do not offer it in exchange for money or anything else of value. If that ever changed, Washington law would require us to obtain your separate, written, signed authorization first — we would ask you explicitly, and you could refuse.

6. Your rights and how to exercise them

You have the right to:

In the app

7. How to appeal a refused request

If we refuse a request, we will explain why in writing. You may appeal by replying to that email, or by emailing support@pepsocialapp.com with the subject line "Health data appeal". We respond to appeals in writing within 45 days.

If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.

8. Changes to this policy
